--Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery — for items with visible defects or damages only.
--Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
--We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or wear-and-tear.
--Earrings and custom-made items are final sale due to hygiene and uniqueness.
